INTENTION TO SET

A practice of self-reflection

PROMPTS TO REFLECT

What areas of my life am I avoiding or resisting growth in?

What are some steps I can take to move towards personal growth in those areas?

How can I hold myself accountable to continue growing and evolving?

 —

As we welcome the season of growth and renewal, there's no better way to reconnect with nature than by immersing yourself in the verdant scents of sweetgrass, sage, and violet notes of our candle of the month, Meadow. This beautifully crafted candle evokes a sense of harmony and balance, reminding us of the growth and vitality that surrounds us.

But beyond just scent, there are many ways to set the mood for April and reconnect with nature. Take the time to explore your local parks and nature trails, or simply spend time outdoors, breathing in the fresh air and soaking up the sunshine. Surround yourself with natural beauty in your home and workspace, whether it's through potted plants, floral arrangements, or natural decor.

And don't forget to nourish yourself from the inside out by eating fresh, seasonal produce and engaging in mindfulness practices like meditation or yoga. By setting the mood for April and immersing yourself in the beauty of the natural world, you'll find a renewed sense of balance and wellbeing that will carry you through the rest of the season and beyond.

Absolutely love this intention setting, and can’t wait to smell Meadow. Here are mine:
1. setting goals and taking action steps to achieve personal goals
2. practicing self-compassion to promote better self-image
